MonetizeGo Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the MonetizeGo website and advertising technology services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when our Services are used.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or similar laws apply, we rely on legitimate interests for the limited advertising selection, content selection, measurement, statistical analysis, and service development purposes declared in our IAB Europe Global Vendor List registration.
Our legitimate interests include operating and improving our advertising technology, supporting publishers that fund content through advertising, measuring service performance, preventing fraud and maintaining secure and reliable systems. We limit processing to information reasonably necessary for these purposes and consider the effect of the processing on individuals.
Safeguards may include data minimization, pseudonymization, access controls, security monitoring, limited retention and aggregate reporting. Individuals may object to processing based on legitimate interests as explained below.
IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework
MonetizeGo Ltd participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework and complies with its Specifications and Policies. MonetizeGo Ltd’s identification number within the Framework is 1604.
We respect valid privacy signals received through a TCF-registered Consent Management Platform (“CMP”). If we do not have the permission required for a particular activity, we will not process information or access a device for that activity.
Cookies and Device Storage
Our current TCF registration states that our advertising technology Services do not use cookies, but may use non-cookie methods to store or access information on a device. Details about these technologies are available in our Device Storage Disclosure.
Our corporate website and third-party services used on it may use cookies or similar technologies for website operation, security or analytics. Where required, visitors can accept, reject or manage these technologies through the consent controls provided on the website.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We may work with publishers, advertisers, advertising technology partners, hosting providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services and other companies that help us operate the Services. These parties may process information only for permitted purposes and subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

Our standard retention period for data processed under our TCF registration is up to 180 days. Data used to measure content performance or to develop and improve our Services may be retained for up to 365 days.
Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed. Some information may be retained for longer where required by law, necessary for security investigations or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International Transfers
Information may be processed in countries outside the country in which it was collected. Data protection laws in those countries may differ. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as an adequacy decision, contractual protections or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
